 I use Supra Electronic Keyboxes which offer improved security and easier showing scheduling than other lockboxes. This lockbox records the time, date, and agent contact information for every showing.
- I hire a professional photographer to take pictures and create an online virtual tour!
- Submit your home to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
- A 'For Sale' sign on your property with an information box containing flyers.
- Place your home information on a multitude of Internet sites:
